Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

Her Complexion is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support on a part-time basis. This is a remote position with flexible hours, making it ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and can quickly learn new systems and processes.

Position Details

  • Position: Virtual Assistant

  • Location: Remote

  • Hours: 1–4 hours per week (hours may fluctuate based on business needs)

  • Schedule: Flexible; work can be completed on your own time while meeting agreed-upon deadlines

  • Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

  • Start Date: Immediate

  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying solutions

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Gmail and Google Workspace

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems such as HoneyBook, Dubsado, or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with calendar management, email management, and administrative support

  • Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities May Include

  • Managing and organizing emails

  • Assisting with client communications and follow-up

  • Updating and maintaining CRM records

  • Scheduling appointments and calendar management

  • Supporting business operations and administrative tasks

  • Assisting with special projects as needed

Training & Support

While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
